Position Title: Visualization Coordinator

• Working hours: 8-hour work day, so with a 1 hour lunch that would be 8 AM – 5 PM.
• A hybrid schedule would require one full day in-office every Wednesday, with the other 4 days working remotely. The only additional days that they may be asked to come into the Corporate office would be if we have a larger group meeting or department activity on a non-Wednesday (which is very few and far between), in which case we would give ample advanced notice.

What is the opportunity:

The Visualization Coordinator is responsible for coordinating 3D exterior renderings outsourced to third-party vendors for use in marketing collateral throughout the company. This role maintains the operational health of these requests in adherence to established budgets, policies, and procedures, and will ensure outputs and interactions align with company and client goals. This role performs quality assurance reviews using architectural drawings and checklists, updates documentation, and tracks projects using multiple internal systems to fulfill deadline requirements.

What are the primary responsibilities:

· Project coordination of 3D exterior renderings used in brochure inserts and community websites outsourced to third party vendors

· Review and proof initial artwork in the first and second review tiers

· Communicate with all project participants

· Perform administrative functions such as daily database updates to track workflows and spending on vendor services

· Optimize the team’s production processes to balance efficiency and quality, in collaboration with project participants

Qualifications:

Essential:

· Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years’ experience

Preferred:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Visualization, Art or Interior Design with 3 years’ experience
