Job Description

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Ability to quickly shift priorities, proactive
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office
  • Must have experience with Docusign and Adobe
  • Experience supporting Legal and HR teams is a huge plus, as is experience in Pharma/Biotech

General overview of responsibilities:

  • Administrative support, mostly to Legal and HR but also could entail supporting exectuvies
  • Document preparation, routing, filing
  • Help with recruiting efforts, benefits, employee reimbursments
  • Meeting scheduling, travel coordination
