We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.


The Role:

The Construction Administrator will serve as a critical support function within the project management team, ensuring smooth communication, thorough documentation, and compliance with project requirements. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a top-tier general contractor and grow within a dynamic and professional environment.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Organizing and managing all project-related documentation, including contracts, permits, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and schedules.
  • Acting as a liaison between project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate clear and effective communication.
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts and other project documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Tracking project milestones and deadlines, providing timely updates to all stakeholders.
  • Coordinating submissions and approvals for submittals, shop drawings, and related materials.
  • Monitoring budgets, invoices, and expenses to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
  • Documenting meetings, decisions, and project updates to maintain accurate records.
  • Ensuring all activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Addressing administrative challenges and resolving issues that arise during projects.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (a bonus!).
  • 2-3 years of experience in construction administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of construction processes, documentation, and terminology.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
