Job Description:  We are seeking a highly competent Bilingual Spanish English Translator and Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating communication, translating documents, and providing training to Spanish-speaking employees. Working closely with Management and Human Resources, this role is critical in ensuring seamless interactions and comprehension across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a translator between Spanish and English for management and human resources
• Facilitate communication and interactions with Spanish-speaking employees
• Assist in the planning and delivery of training sessions for Spanish-speaking employees
• Translate documents, training materials, and other written communications
• Support the integration of Spanish-speaking employees into the company culture
• Provide assistance with general administrative tasks as needed
• Must have the ability to work on your feet for a good part of the day, interacting with production Managers and production Staff.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Experience in translation and/or training is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
