Job Description :

• Conduct tests of automotive systems and ECUs through Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), integration test benches, and vehicles.
• Work closely with customers and the engineering team to plan, develop, and execute HIL validation plans.
• Manage data and software readiness through the validation of new software releases on a fully functional bench test unit.
• Draft, review with the team, and submit detailed final reports to the customer.
• Must have experience in writing test cases from Vehicle Function (VF) Requirement documents for automotive components (BCM, CGM, etc.).
• Knowledge of Vehicle Model Electrical bench is required.
• Experience in tools to run the test cases on HIL (Hardware in Loop) bench for BCM and other automotive modules (d-Space, NI Software suite, and LabVIEW).
• Working knowledge of automotive HW test benches (HIL) and exposure to harness design and connector pin-out readings.
• Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and relevant tools (CANoe, CANape, dSPACE ControlDesk, etc.) is a must.
• Knowledge of requirements capturing tools, e.g., Polarion, DOORS, Codebeamer.
• Must have strong leadership behaviors, a high accountability attitude, strong communication skills, ability to lead by example, and coach/mentor team members to improve team performance and results.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret test results, diagnose issues, and define effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and convey technical insights effectively.
• Experience in LabVIEW programming and gateway configuration is a plus.
