We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Medical Device Security Penetration

Tester to join our team. You will be responsible for performing penetration testing and

vulnerability research on a medical device system, ensuring its security and compliance with

FDA regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security principles, a

proven track record in penetration testing, and a passion for ensuring the safety and security of

medical devices.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related
• technical field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in penetration testing, with demonstrated
• experience testing embedded systems or medical devices strongly preferred.
• Operating Systems: Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Programming: Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C++, C#, or
• Python.
• Penetration Testing Tools: Hands-on experience with industry-standard penetration
• testing tools and frameworks, such as Metasploit, Nmap, Nessus.
• Hardware Hacking: Familiarity with hardware hacking techniques.
• Network Security: Strong understanding of network security principles, protocols
• (TCP/IP, UDP), and experience with network penetration testing techniques. Experience
• with medical-specific protocols like DICOM and HL7 is a plus.
