Role: Data Scientist

Location: Redmond, wa

Experience: Min of 6+

Full Time with People Tech Group

Required skillset:

• Proficiency in data science languages such as Python, R, and SQL
• Familiarity working within the Skywise or Palantir Foundry cloud platform as well as using the associated Spark framework
• Familiarity with libraries and frameworks like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow
• Experience with data cleaning, preprocessing, data wrangling, exploratory data analysis
• Understanding of various machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering) as well as deep learning techniques
• Experience with aircraft flight recorder formats and processing standards
• Experience developing and deploying large language models (LLMs) specifically using Aviation Tech Ops data
• Familiarity with aircraft maintenance operations processes and protocols
• Proficiency in tools like Tableau
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure
• Understanding of commercial aircraft subsystems
• Experience with NLP and Large Language Models
• Work directly with customers to translate business problems into data science problems
• Knowledge of data pipelines and ETL processes
• Experience with databases and data warehousing solutions
