Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to retail systems, including POS, inventory management, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.
• Evaluate existing retail processes, identify gaps, and recommend technology-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for development teams and third-party vendors.
• Lead the implementation and configuration of retail software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Facilitate communication between business teams and IT to resolve system issues, define priorities, and manage project timelines.
• Support system testing, including the development of test plans, execution of test cases, and troubleshooting of defects.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring optimal adoption and utilization of retail systems.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending enhancements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business analysis experience, focusing on retail systems.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including POS, inventory, and e-commerce workflows.
• Experience with retail software platforms and systems integration.
• Proficiency in creating process flows, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall) is a plus.
