We are working on a Sr. .NET Develope r role for our Ohio-based client. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops new, scalable software products on .NET core
• Develop new cloud-based functionality on existing software products
• Participate in the overall planning and execution of development objectives
• Maintain the consistently high quality of the software code
• Partner with peers, management, senior managers, internal and external business users to identify, gather, and understand their goals and to formulate strategies to support them, while prioritizing requests and staying within deadlines
• Mentor junior developers and pass along industry best practices

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of software development
• Extensive experience of development in .Net 4.6 or better
• Strong working knowledge of object-oriented programming
• Understanding of technologies, frameworks, and design patterns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities, and an aptitude for learning new technologies
