We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our Client & Portfolio Reporting team. This role involves supporting operational reporting, creating data visualizations, and developing data delivery solutions. The ideal candidate will combine financial knowledge with technical expertise to design creative, impactful BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Support: Maintain and optimize BI reporting systems (SSRS, Seismic), enhance existing reports, and provide ad-hoc data extracts.
• Business Intelligence Engineering: Design queries, model datasets for Power BI, and advise on reporting best practices.
• Consulting & Administration: Manage BI platforms, maintain distribution lists, and foster relationships with business and tech teams.
• Solution Design & Development: Design and develop SSRS and Power BI reports, create dashboards, and automate manual tasks to improve efficiencies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, data analytics, or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in BI development (Power BI, SSRS), with strong DAX skills and experience in cloud data architecture (Azure preferred).
• Skills: Expertise in Power BI, SSRS, DAX, and database modeling. Familiarity with Azure, MDX, M, and T-SQL is a plus.
