About the Role —Our Platform Manager will lead from the front. You will support the end user computing group and manage 5-9 helpdesk and IAM folks, mainly T1-T2 support. Provide direction on how to automate manual processes for onboarding and manage various platforms. You will work with M365, streamlining that platform and automating tasks within it.
Responsibilities -
- Ad-Hoc support - Provide support and guidance to the EUC (end-user computing) team as needed.
- Assist with troubleshooting difficult tickets.
- Process Automation and enhancement - Automate EUC processes and procedures to better streamline EUC workflows, reducing manual, repeatable tasks.
- Asset Management - manage EUC hardware and software assets
- Team Up-skilling - Work with the team to increase their knowledge and capabilities within the EUC space, focusing on target state, M365, Workspace ONE, Windows/Mac management
- Queue management - Work alongside the team to ensure that incidents, requests, and task queues are prioritized and completed promptly and efficiently.
- Lead from the front - We are looking for a manager who leads from the front, isn't afraid to take on any task, and leads by example
Qualifications - Bachelors preferred; high school required
