Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Salary Range $180-$230,000

Location: Miami, Florida

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead the construction of a new ground-up 44-story luxury high-rise project in Miami. The ideal candidate must have substantial experience working with one of the major construction firms in South Florida and possess a strong background in high-rise construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the 44-story luxury high-rise construction project from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor Assistant Project Managers (APMs) and other team members.
• Coordinate and manage all construction activities and project resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on high-rise projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
• Experience working with major construction firms in South Florida.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
