Job Title: Mechanical Estimator

Location: 460 Ludlow Avenue, Cranford, NJ 07016

Duration: Full-Time (Benefits Included)

Pay: $80,000 - $120,000/year

Position Summary:

Join our estimating team to support and grow the department, building relationships with current and new clients. This role focuses on construction, with additional experience in service estimates, building automation, or project management a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with estimating and sales teams on bids, pricing, and change orders
• Estimate HVAC and mechanical system installations/repairs
• Work with HubSpot CRM for client relations and project updates
• Prepare and submit bids; coordinate with project management and field teams
• Maintain customer relationships and address concerns promptly

Requirements:

• 3+ years estimating experience, HVAC knowledge preferred
• Strong multitasking, time management, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Fast Pipe
• NJ driver’s license required, high school diploma or GED
