Title: Financial Business Analyst

Location: Oakbrook Terrace, IL (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Month Contract w/ Potential Extesnsion

Hourly Rate: $50.00/ HR - $55.00/ HR W2, Benefits Available

Responsibilities:

• Act as the functional lead for the FP&A tool implementation project, working closely with implementation consultants on system design, testing, and deployment.

• Provide end-user and business process insights to guide the design process.

• Own the functionality and usability of the system, serving as the business process owner for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Review system designs, identify potential gaps or issues, and collaborate with the technical team to suggest customizations.

• Conduct thorough system testing to ensure functionality aligns with business requirements.

• Train end-users on system capabilities, ensuring smooth adoption and effective utilization.

• Work independently while maintaining clear communication with the team, providing updates and resolving issues efficiently.

• Support vendor selection and integration processes, particularly with tools like OneStream or Hyperion.

Required:

• 5-10 years of proven experience in FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Hands-on experience with OneStream or Hyperion.

• Prior involvement in FP&A tool implementation projects.

• Ability to understand complex systems and processes, providing solutions to meet business requirements.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to convey technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage responsibilities autonomously.

• Flexibility with remote work and occasional travel to Oakbrook, IL.

Preferred:

• Senior Analyst to Manager-level experience.

• Expertise in system design, functionality, and end-user training for FP&A tools.
