Job Description
The RV Valet is responsible for moving RVs in and out of the service area, as well as transporting RVs to and from the dealership or customer locations. They also assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service area.All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing including a background check, MVR, and drug screen.Key Responsibilities:Washing and detailing of coaches both exterior and interior.Complete storage departure checks, batteries, water, tire pressures and turn refer on prior to a customers departure from storageAssist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the area.Work with the sales and service departments to deliver superior customer service.Quality control - exterior and interior of units.Be sure all coaches meet our high standards and spot check all work.Keep coaches on the lot in show-ready condition.Approve units for release to customer.Qualifications:Prior experience in a similar position preferred.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Good time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and efficientlyWorking Conditions:Work is primarily conducted on-site at the service shopMay require extended periods of standing, walking, and bendingMay require lifting or moving heavy equipment or objectsMay require working in tight spaces or at heightsMay require exposure to natural elements such as inclement weather, extreme temperaturesMay require exposure to loud noises, fumes, or chemicalsMay require working weekends or holidaysWhat We Offer:We believe in investing in our employees with a great benefits package and ongoing training to help you reach your career goals:Medical, Dental, and Vision (available 1st of the month following a 30-day waiting period)Voluntary Supplemental benefits (STD, LTD, Life, Accident, Critical Illness)401K (after 90 days of employment)Over 100 hours of PTO in the 1styear4 paid Holidays and 40 hours of Floating HolidayIndustry leading payBrand new facilitiesAdvancement opportunitiesWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
