ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Grow and Develop the Business. Prospect and cultivate new sales leads
· Meet weekly sales activities which include Cold Calls, Door pulls and FTA’s
· Research companies, identifying key players, generating interest, and developing accounts
· Building sales pipeline by scheduling meetings with qualified prospects
· Growing brand awareness and new business opportunities by prospecting
· Interacting with prospects via channels such as telephone, email, and social media
· Acquire and set up new meetings with target clients
· Collaborate with key decision makers to initiate the start of internal sales cycle
· Execute outreach campaigns using phone, email, and social media

· Experience. Sales experience with a track record of forward-thinking responsibility
· Interpersonal Skills. Excellent motivator and team builder. Ability to form strong social relationships and effectively communicate with both internal and external audiences
· Selling Skills. Must possess persuasive selling skills and knowledge
· Technology Skills. Must display knowledge of and ability to use computer applications
· Hunter sales mentality - goal driven and self-motivated
· New business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
· 1-3 years of progressive sales experience (Proven Track Record of Success)
· Capacity to work productively and successfully in a fast-paced environment
· Self-directed, adaptable, and positive
· Excellent communication, presentation, listening skills
· Superior work ethic and high energy level
· Must possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License
