Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic digital marketing partner for the residential real estate industry, providing subscription-based marketing solutions to help customers achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering strategic marketing solutions.
• Prospect new clients through cold calling and outreach, closing new business.
• Conduct virtual demonstrations to educate customers on marketing solutions.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to drive revenue and share insights.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real estate experience.
• At least 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented.

Schedule : Full-time, flexible hours (8:30 AM–5:30 PM or 10:30 AM–7:30 PM EST).
