REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 to 5+ years of logistics sales experience; 3PL Non-asset sales experience.
  • Hunting background, with ability to pick up the phone/email/LinkedIn to bring in 12 total new net logos throughout the year on top of running with a given book of business.
  • Takes a proactive and results-oriented approach, anticipating and addressing client needs to contribute effectively to organizational growth.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills; familiarity with CRM software and sales tools such as Salesforce/Hubspot/Sales Navigator/Zoominfo.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with non-asset-based brokerages, actively sourcing trucks and connecting them with clients in the market.
  • Create a 90-day sales outline of goals and targets to achieve professionally.
  • Conduct cold calling and hold daily meetings with customers, assisting with their logistics needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and product development, to ensure a seamless client experience and effective product delivery.
  • Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and communicate progress to leadership.
