We’re passionate about creating opportunities and building trust in every interaction. Our team doesn’t just aim for excellence; we redefine it.

For the past four years, Innovien has been ranked by Inc 5000 as one of the fastest-growing companies in the nation. To continue this growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help us continue to scale and grow into emerging markets.

In this role, you’ll own the full-lifecycle recruitment process, identifying and attracting top-performing Account Managers to fuel our expansion. As a key player in our growth strategy, you'll collaborate directly with the sales leadership team to define the skills and experience that drive success in the IT staffing industry. Your mission will be to achieve our hiring goals by developing creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates from both staffing and technology backgrounds. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of successfully hiring and onboarding sales professionals, deep knowledge of the IT staffing industry, and experience using data to optimize and drive recruitment strategies.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary with quarterly and yearly bonus eligibility
  • Hybrid work environment with a monthly phone allowance
  • Full Benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and life insurance
  • Eligibility for performance-based incentive programs for hitting company & team objectives
  • A “winners win” company culture celebrates our teams through monthly team events, quarterly company celebrations, ongoing professional development, & accelerated career growth for top performers
  • Industry-leading recruitment and sales tools to maximize your efforts
  • State-of-the-art headquarters in Atlanta’s vibrant West Midtown neighborhood within walking distance to some of Atlanta’s best restaurants, shopping, and more!

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract proven sales and recruiting talent within the staffing and IT services industries
  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections to source and identify potential candidates
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for potential candidates, including sourcing, candidate vetting and assessment activities, interviews, and all related activities to support internal hiring objectives
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates and feedback
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on hiring strategies and best practices, including market insights to develop industry-leading recruitment strategies
  • Meet with company stakeholders regularly and stay up to date on hiring strategy and current and future staffing plans
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure a world-class onboarding process for new hires
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and sales recruitment
  • Attend local, regional, and college recruiting and networking events as needed to identify top local talent

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role, specifically recruiting talent in the staffing industry
  • 2+ years’ experience utilizing ATS, CMS, or CRM systems
  • In-depth understanding of the staffing industry and proven success recruiting for sales positions within a staffing or IT services environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and recruiting aptitude with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
