Key Responsibilities
- Full life-cycle recruiting for positions within the financial services space such as roles within the middle office, back office, compliance, wealth management, and risk management, etc.
- Utilize both traditional and creative sourcing methods to attract top talent.
- Maintain and expand a strong candidate network through our applicant tracking system.
- Foster and grow client relationships by promoting both consulting and permanent hiring solutions.
- Engage in networking, cold calling, and in-person meetings with potential and current clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers in targeted accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
- 2-6 years of recruiting experience or relevant financial services industry experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and a drive for success.
