About the Company - Our client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in their Palm Coast, FL location.
Responsibilities -
- Responding to team inquiries, working with Lead HR Generalist and HR Manager to offer advice, and manage concerns.
- Inquiries may include assisting employees in navigating Dayforce and Workday HRIS systems.
- Time and attendance management in Dayforce to ensure all employees complete their timesheet submissions, auditing payroll reports for accuracy and reporting needs to payroll such as reimbursements, pay changes, new hires, schedule changes.
- Working cross functionally with HR service center in regard to payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Managing internal communication by updating Xibo digital signage for employee engagement events including anniversary & birthday reports, new hire announcements and information for team members.
- Maintain accurate and up to date HR files, records and documentation. Strong commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality of information.
- Lead talent acquisition process to include management training of recruitment approval process, creation of job ads and posting and managing job requisitions in Workday.
- Corresponding with candidates for interview scheduling in person or virtually via Microsoft Teams including travel arrangements for relocation candidates.
- Conducting interviews using competency-based interview questions and providing recommendations to Hiring Managers.
- Extending offers to candidates, explaining company benefits to highlight comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, retirement savings plans and professional development opportunities. May be required to handle offer negotiations between candidate and hiring manager.
- Handling the pre-employment and onboarding process for new hires ensuring white glove treatment. This includes managing inventory for welcoming gifts, tracking pre-employment process, distributing day 1 information and working closely with Hiring Manager to create training plan.
- Reviewing and approving referral bonuses, awarding employees who successfully refer candidates for vacancies.
- Assisting in planning and executing employee engagement events to create a positive culture for all team members.
