We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. This role involves supporting attorneys through litigation and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and timely.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of legal documents related to personal injury cases.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and complaints, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information for cases.
• Prepare and assist with depositions.
• Responding and Propounding to discovery, including objections and expert discovery.
• Assist in all aspects of trial preparation, including exhibit organization, witness coordination, and drafting trial briefs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field; paralegal certification preferred.
• Experience in Personal injury law litigation experience, with a focus on propounding and responding to discovery.
• Experience in expert discovery and trial preparation.
• Strong knowledge of litigation deadlines, including statutes of limitations and procedural requirements.
• Excellent administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
