Job Summary
The Wastewater Practice Leader will lead design and permitting for wastewater distribution systems, treatment facilities, pump stations, and master plans. This role involves driving business development, mentoring teams, and collaborating with leadership to fuel the growth of a multidisciplinary practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and permit wastewater systems for diverse projects.
- Develop client relationships and pursue new opportunities.
- Mentor teams and ensure staff utilization.
- Integrate multidisciplinary services into project workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; PE license required.
- 10+ years of wastewater system design and permitting experience.
- Strong client development, leadership, and communication skills.
- Expertise in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and hydraulic analysis.
- Active participation in professional organizations.
