About the Role - Responsible for opening and shutting down site every day. Responsible for operators in their crew (safety, HR management, performance, updating). Responsible for ensuring all production targets are met, operators are trained.

Responsibilities -

• Responsible for opening and shutting down site every day.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree preferred OR experience in leadership roles in a fast-moving environment.

Required Skills -

• Need to be good with ERP systems, excel, power point, etc.
• Able to engage personnel to achieve targets while holding people accountable.
• Comfortable in a high-performance environment.
• Some construction background a plus (not all facets).
• Ideally comes from a manufacturing background.
• Good attitude and highly communicative in an effective manner.
• Good with conflict resolution and ability to address issues directly.
