1. 5-7+ years in a larger manufacturing environment ( heavy industry, aerospace, commercial or recreational vehicles).

2. 3-5+ years managerial exp, someone that help direct and correct issues.

3. Must have excellent communications skills and understand LEAN mgf practices.

Six Sigma Certification preferred.
