Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach warehouse team leaders overseeing functions such as receiving, inventory control, product prep, packaging, and shipping.
• Develop and maintain efficient workflows for product handling, prepping, and packaging through effective team management.
• Ensure the accuracy of all departments monitored by KPIs.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations through department leads, supporting a team of approximately 100 employees.
• Monitor, achieve, and improve key warehouse performance metrics (KPIs) by implementing better processes and leading teams toward continuous improvement.
• Ensure all outgoing shipments meet standards and timelines through team accountability.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of large kitting management experience with automation.
• Proven leadership skills managing large teams of 100+ employees.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong experience with data entry and analysis, including Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Amazon FBA prep processes is highly desirable.
