About the Company - We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Full Desk Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for finding and placing great talent while also building strong relationships with new and existing clients. It’s a mix of recruiting and sales, so you’ll be helping people find jobs and driving new business at the same time.

About the Role - What You'll Do:

• Connect with new and current clients to understand their staffing needs.
• Find, screen, and interview candidates to match them with the right jobs.
• Present and "sell" candidates to clients, highlighting why they're a great fit.
• Help negotiate job offers, salaries, and placement terms.
• Keep a pipeline full of qualified candidates.
• Provide great service to both clients and candidates throughout the process.
• Hit or exceed sales and placement goals.

What We're Looking For :

• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (bonus if it’s in a staffing agency).
• Great communication and people skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for sales and recruitment.
