Headquarters and production facilities are located in Riederich, Germany; botek has over 50 international sales and support partners worldwide. botek America, Inc., a subsidiary of botek, is a fast-paced growing office and production facility located in Roselle, Illinois.
The Customer Service Manager, will be responsible for overseeing the team at the Roselle facility and day-to-day operations. This position will be in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities and be detailed oriented. We are looking for an individual who has the following:
- Advanced knowledge to provide direction and supervision to employees
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks
- The ability to oversee the daily activities of the Roselle facility to eliminate problems, improve efficiency and monitory workflow
- The ability to problem solve technical issues and communicate work with multiple people on multiple projects/processes and adapt to changing priorities
- The ability to talk with customers to quote products and provide appropriate botek solutions
- The ability to negotiate vendor relationships and communicate with service providers
· 4 years college degree with 2+ years technical experience understanding machining and metal working or a 2-year degree and 7+ years technical experience
