IN ROOM DINING ORDER TAKER
The Four Seasons Resort L?na'i is looking for an In Room Dining Order Taker who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams' have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The In Room Dining Order Taker is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. Always just a telephone call away, around the clock, the In Room Dining team provides a wide selection of food and beverage options delivered to the comfort of guests' rooms. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• The In Room Dining Order Taker receives all guest requests for an In-Room Dining experience.

• They are an authority on all available food menus, including daily specials, alternative cuisine and all beverage lists. This position makes recommendations to accommodate guests' preferences and dietary restrictions.

• This role oversees the entire sequence of service ensuring guest orders are correctly processed and carried out by the servers within the stated delivery time according to Four Seasons Standards

• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic. We are looking for an individual who possesses an affinity for guest service!

• Attention to detail, the ability to problem solve and multitask are required as this position involves a heavy volume of guest contact and fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English.

• The ability to assume responsibility of the department in absence of a manager is essential.

• The In Room Dining Order Taker ensures all orders meet Four Seasons Standards and Sequence of Service and any guest complaints are promptly shared with the Room Service Manager for immediate follow up.

WHAT TO BRING

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States

• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card

• The ideal candidate will also have solid food and beverage knowledge, a pleasant voice and a positive attitude

• Weekend and Holiday availability required.
