Sales Expert with Ecommerce Experience

Salary: $100-$140K Plus Incentives/Commissions

Location ON-SITE - Ft. Lauderdale, Florida



Position Overview:

This role focuses on driving revenue growth across B2B and eCommerce channels for a fast-growing beauty product distributor and retailer. The ideal candidate is a proven sales professional with expertise in business development, relationship building, and digital marketing. This position offers mentorship into a leadership role as the organization scales, making it an exciting opportunity for a motivated "rainmaker" to have a direct impact on the business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Growth: Develop and expand wholesale and distribution partnerships, negotiate contracts, and represent the company at trade shows. Build and maintain long-term relationships with retailers, distributors, and key partners.
  • eCommerce Strategy: Optimize and grow sales on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and others through targeted marketing, customer retention strategies, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Sales Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO to align sales initiatives with company goals, implement growth strategies, and work toward a leadership role in the company’s expansion.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with a strong track record in B2B development and eCommerce success.
  • Skilled at building and nurturing partnerships, closing deals, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
