Capo restaurant of Santa Monica is expanding its culinary operations into the Napa Valley! We are looking for passionate, motivated culinary professionals to build our kitchen team and we look to elevate and introduce our brand of 26 years in a new market.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to adapt the techniques required to execute our sneak preview of offerings in our pop-up St. Helena, CA location, C29. The Line Cook will work closely with the chef in executing our proprietary Italian specialties. The duties will extend into a repertoire ranging from preparing charcuterie and cold foods, house-made pastas, scratch sauces, house-baked artisanal breads and pastries, and more. This position will present the chance to work with a range of the highest quality ingredients available locally and throughout the world. Classic French culinary training a plus. Positvity, dedication, cleanliness, organization, and ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment a must.
Compensation will be based on level of experience, but qualified candidates with a penchant for learning are welcome. F/T and P/T positions are available.
