About the Role

As the Lead Designer , you will be at the forefront of defining the design vision and strategy for our products. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will guide a talented team of designers, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and ensure our user experiences remain unparalleled. This is a unique opportunity to influence design at scale, impacting millions of users worldwide.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a compelling design strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI and visual designers, fostering creativity and growth.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.
  • Oversee the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Advocate for design excellence, balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
  • Drive innovation by staying ahead of design trends and emerging technologies.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a lead designer, design manager, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX/UI design and creative problem-solving.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of building and scaling design teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience designing for web and mobile platforms (iOS, Android) is highly desirable.
