Our client is a 20 billion dollar paper packaging manufacturing company with a strong hold on their space. They are completely vertically integrated and have one of the industries best succession planning structures. Managers are usually promoted within 12-18 months and the growth doesn't have to stop after that.

In Georgia, we are looking for additional talent on their Reliability team. The group is a strong mix of 10 with varying areas of expertise. This Engineer can range from a new BSME graduate who is eager to learn to a tenured Maintenance professional.

Qualifications

• BSME or experience
• Paper Mill experience is ideal - chemical manufacturing is applicable also
• Strengths in mechanical maintenance
• Preventative and Predictive, RCFA, Design for Reliability, Technical Documentation
• Ability to work cross functionally with Maintenance, Operations, QA/QC and contractors
