Our reputable client in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a talented Landscape Architect with 4+ years of experience. This person will do the landscape planning for the master planned communities.

Design and Planning Responsibilities:

• Creating hardscape and landscape plans
• Preparing technical documents like entitlement, site plans, and construction documents
• Supporting engineering projects and handling state/local permitting

Technical and Administrative Tasks:

• Conducting plant inventories and evaluations
• Performing site inspections during evaluations and construction
• Developing cost estimates and project tabulations
• Coordinating design requirements with contractors and suppliers

Collaborative and Client-Facing Duties:

• Working in multidisciplinary team environments
• Consulting with clients, engineers, and architects
• Aligning project specifications with client needs

The role requires a blend of technical skills (design software, plant knowledge), administrative capabilities, and interpersonal communication to successfully manage landscape architectural projects across various settings.
