Title: Salesforce Admin – Apex Coding Specialist
Location: Century City - Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite
Overview of Role:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Admin with a specialization in Apex coding. This role would center around process automation and customizing the user interface using the code base itself, running batch processes and building custom objects. Ideally, someone in this role would come from an architecture background and have extensive Salesforce experience.
Company Description:
Our client is a mid-size legal practice focused on consumer protection rights and class action suits. They focus on state-of-the-art legal technology and are quickly expanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Design and build custom objects, user interfaces, and batch processes that run efficiently on Salesforce servers.
- Implement process automation using flows, process builders, and other Salesforce tools.
- Work with JSON and other object-oriented principles for data manipulation and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, architect solutions, and ensure seamless implementation.
- Optimize and manage Salesforce Lightning for enhanced user experience and performance.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools like Palantir and Gravity Forms (preferred).
- Ensure scalability and maintainability of solutions through robust coding practices and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Apex triggers, classes, and other customizations.
Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications (required).
- Extensive experience in Apex coding, including triggers, batch classes, and asynchronous processing.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning and customization tools.
- Strong knowledge of flow and process builder for automation.
- Familiarity with JSON for data management and integrations.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and architectural design principles.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with Gravity Forms and Palantir (nice to have).
Nice to Have:
- An architectural background with experience designing scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Exposure to Salesforce integrations with enterprise tools and platforms.
