Engineering Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Design Engineers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Design Engineering, and Manufacturing to optimize productivity.
- Oversee detailed part drawings, bills of material, and ensure designs meet manufacturability standards.
- Leverage technology and innovation to improve efficiency and control costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including expertise in structural fabrication and shop practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $80,000–$100,000 annually, with total compensation reflecting your skills, experience, and internal equity.
- Incentive Bonus: Annual profit-sharing incentive bonus.
