IT Systems Administrator

Responsibilities:

System Maintenance: Installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems, software, and hardware.

User Support: Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues for employees.

Performance Monitoring: Monitoring system performance and ensuring reliable operation of IT systems.

Backup: Managing data backup operations.

Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Qualifications/Skills:

4+ years of System Administration Experience

Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of operating systems, equipment, and technologies. Enterprise backup and recovery procedures.

Performance monitoring tools

Active Directory

Virtualization

SCCM server patching

O365

Okta Identity Provider (a plus)

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve IT issues efficiently.

Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.

Security Awareness: Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.

Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies.
