Software Engineer

Location: Bay Area (Hybrid 2/3 Days)

Salary: $200k - $300k Base + 25% Bonus

We’re working with an AI Startup building the next-generation of Automation AI platform to automate repetitive processes. It provides a unique “observe, learn, and automate” end-to-end experience powered by an actions-based foundation model.

They observe a user’s activities, identifying repetitive work steps, and generating the suggestions that ultimately automate these tasks. Moreover, the business works behind the scenes to continuously learn from human feedback, becoming smarter with no coding involved.

They’re currently partnered with some of the world’s largest organizations (Google, Uber, Airbnb) to deploy the product and save users valuable time.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI powered Chrome extensions and a web applications and their backend
• Building reliable and secure systems to power our web-based applications
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of high-quality products
• Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum L4+ in Seniority
• Fullstack Development Experience
• Experience with frontend development – React / Typescript
• Experience with backend development – Node / Go
• Experience within a startup environment (preferred)
