We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cyber/All-Source Intelligence Analyst to collaborate with member firm intelligence teams and U.S. Government partners. Together, we evaluate and warn about cyber threats and vulnerabilities to critical financial assets, ensuring the security and resilience of this vital sector.

What You'll Do:

• Drive Intelligence: You will lead the charge in coordinating with U.S. Government partners, both in classified and unclassified settings, to enhance our robust intelligence cycle. From initiating intelligence collection to analyzing threat actors and geopolitical developments, your work will be pivotal in identifying and mitigating cyber and other threats.
• Innovate and Analyze: Develop and maintain new sources of information on cyber and other relevant threats. Your insights will not only focus on cyber challenges but also encompass a broader spectrum of issues impacting the sector.
• Deliver Impactful Research: Produce a variety of strategic and tactical warning products, and participate in briefings to inform and protect our members and government partners.
• Collaborate and Lead: Engage in technical discussions using frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, and the Diamond Model of Intrusion Analysis. Your ability to translate these discussions into actionable insights will be crucial.

• Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with intelligence teams and government partners, enhancing collaboration on emerging threats.

• Technical Expertise: Convey complex technical discussions in a clear and impactful manner to senior leaders and member intelligence teams.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven collaborative skills and the ability to excel in a diverse, high-performing team.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, with a history of producing all-source intelligence products.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities, handling confidential information with discretion.
• In-depth knowledge of intelligence gathering and analysis techniques.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related fields—or relevant work experience. Non-technical degrees are considered with a proven Intelligence Community track record.
• A current TS-SCI clearance is mandatory.
• U.S. Citizenship and a successful background check.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation from multiple sources.
• 5+ years of experience in all-source analysis within the Intelligence Community.
• Proficiency with threat intelligence tools and management platforms.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, and the Diamond Model of Intrusion Analysis.
