Term : Full-time/Direct hire

Location : Houston (On-site)

Salary : $120k base DOE + potential bonus opportunities

Qualifications :

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to document requirements and create sprint plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in start-up or small business environments is a plus.

Responsibilities :

• Translate technical concepts into actionable business requirements.
• Plan and manage sprints to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate progress clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Create and maintain documentation for requirements, test plans, and sprints.
