Job Description:

• Performs business analysis using various techniques, e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, data mining.
• Determines best practices and develops actionable insights and recommendations for the current business operations.
• Works directly with the internal or external client to identify analytical requirements.
• Ability to learn fast and work in a fast-paced working environment, and confidence in taking end-to-end ownership of a project
• Test and implement credit policy into decision engine and ensure flawless execution of intent
• Produce ad hoc/repeatable reporting which provides regular insight and updates on business performance and opportunities
• Develop automated workflows and dashboards Support initiatives to improve data quality
• Contribute to end-to-end problem-solving and strategic support for new business initiatives.
• Partner with fellow analysts and stakeholders on self-service solutions and processes to ensure they are repeatable, sustainable and scalable

Skills:

• Strong SQL and Python skills Significant experience building reports using dashboard tools such as Tableau or Databricks
• Experience setting up automated workflows and ETL jobs using tools such as Tidal or other tools works.
• 5+ years working experience in an analytics related role. Past experience in credit analytics is preferred.
• This is a combination of Analytics + reporting
• This is a Hybrid role to MTV Fintech background preferred.
