Business Data Analyst

Location: Statesville, NC, Hybrid (Within 40 mile radius)

Compensation: $80,000+

SUMMARY

The Business Data Analyst Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that enhance creation of processes, optimize business processes with data and automation, while enhancing the user experience when consuming data. This includes cleaning, preparing, and analyzing the data as well as visualizing the findings. evaluates business models, documents processes, and identifies areas for improvements.

• Manages and maintains data and knowledgebase documentation within key application systems such as CIS, FIS, GIS, and enterprise software.
• Manages the development and implementation of organizational software applications including testing, documentation, training, and maintaining/supporting systems.
• Works closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of data systems and optimize data performance.
• Collaborates with database DR, and data governance administrators to ensure effective protection, security, use, and integrity of data assets.
• Provides user training and support for business
