Payroll/HR Admin
Opportunity: 2+ Month Contract
Pay: $20/hr
Location: Chesapeake, VA (100% onsite)
Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm
Position Summary: CRG is seeking a Payroll Admin for the tax season for our large retail client. In this role you will process high volumes of payroll- and tax-related emails, ensuring confidentiality at the highest level. To excel in this role, you will need some background in HR or payroll and experience with Outlook and data entry.

Responsibilities:
- Process incoming emails in multiple shared Outlook inboxes
- Review emails to determine appropriate response, whether responding with a template answer, forwarding to another team, or taking action
- Retrieve PII for individuals and validate against information provided in the email
- Perform password resets for individuals
- Track processed emails in spreadsheet tracker to maintain strong collaboration and communication across payroll team
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience within payroll or HR, handling PII and sensitive information
- Data entry experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
