Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in project requirement analysis, data management, and analysis, to manage cloud data platform requirements and implementation activities. The ideal candidate will excel in collaboration with both business and technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions. This role involves strong documentation practices, process management, and presenting clear feedback on project documents shared by vendors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, document, and manage functional, technical, and business requirements for a range of projects.
• Create both business and technical documentation to support development and end-user communities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and review requirements throughout project lifecycles.
• Follow PMO standards and procedures, ensuring timely delivery and communication of milestones.
• Investigate, design, and implement business solutions, including major upgrades or enhancements.
• Assist with complex data analysis and translating business needs into data solutions.
• Conduct data training to ensure users understand the data platform and BI reports.
• Cross-train peers in subject matter areas and technical expertise.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and analysts to build use cases.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Participate in data platform implementation requirements and solution review sessions.
• Lead presentations of requirements analysis to management, technical, analytical, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to project plans and assist with resource allocation.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions meeting business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Experience/Skills:
• Expertise in creating and maintaining end-to-end data platform requirements.
• Strong communication skills for explaining solutions to technical stakeholders, vendors, and business users.
• Experience with sensitive healthcare data, HIPAA, and data privacy controls.
• In-depth knowledge of data warehouse and Enterprise Data solutions.
• Proficiency in data analytics and data profiling.
• Experience building test cases to validate requirements.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud database platforms such as Snowflake.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
• Strong SQL query skills.
• Experience with at least one Business Intelligence tool (e.g., Tableau).
• Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and in teams.
