Job Title: Total Rewards Manager
Location: Skokie, IL
Pay: $110 - 140k
Bonus: 10%
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in total rewards (80% benefits / 20% comp)
- Exposure to federal, state, and local employment laws
- Ideally, coming from a healthcare background
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Framework: Create and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives and values.
- Compensation Management: Design, implement, and manage compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and salary structures.
- Employee Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs such as health plans, retirement offerings, and wellness initiatives while ensuring compliance and maintaining competitiveness.
- Recognition Programs: Partner with leadership to develop recognition initiatives that boost employee engagement and acknowledge achievements.
- Market Analysis and Benchmarking: Conduct research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
- Training and Support: Offer training and provide guidance to HR and management on total rewards policies and programs.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with vendors to deliver high-quality benefits and services to employees.
- Program Effectiveness: Track and evaluate the performance of total rewards programs to ensure they meet organizational needs.
