We invest in our talent (the employees) to ensure this commitment is on display every day.We need an exceptional Patient Service Representative to manage inbound / outbound calls, schedule patients, mange patient flow, demonstrate superior customer service, be a collaborative team player and tackle all tasks with utmost professionalism and enthusiasm.JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:Answer all calls in a timely fashion.Schedule appointments following appropriate guidelines to maximize schedule density.Address any and all patient questions and concerns.Communicate clearly with patients and medical staff.Obtaining medical insurance information and processing eligibility.Obtaining proper forms for patient registration.Entering demographics and payment information.Other general office duties as required.Adhere to all Richmond Dermatology's policies and procedures.Consistently demonstrate a commitment to effective customer service, the practices mission and values and conduct her/himself in a professional manner.Qualifications:Strong Communication (oral and written) skills.Excellent Customer Service acumen.Positive attitudeYou want to work hard, make patients feel welcome and enjoy coming to work every day.
