Our client is a Tech Company located in Morris County, NJ.
They are seeking a Director of Sales to grow revenue, bring in new clients, and strengthen presence in key markets.
The Director will also be responsible for building and leading a strong sales team of 10+ indiviauls to meet goals.
Responsibilities:
- Attend sales calls and provide opportunity reviews and deal coaching.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a sales team
- Responsible for developing new strategies to increase revenue
- Monitor and report sales activity within the system
- Own and drive Salesforce adoption, data accuracy and pipeline management
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships and multiple stakeholders across the company to help drive sales activities.
- Implement strategic planning, forecasting, and ongoing development of the sales team.
Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience managing a team.
- SaaS and Fintech industries are a huge plus.
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
