This role is in Union County, New Jersey. This person will be required to go in office between 2-4 days a MONTH.
Administrative Assistant/Reception
Responsibilities
- Handle communications with vendors
- Support top executives with day to day responsibilities
- Work on ad-hoc projects as needed
- Prepare correspondence for emailing
- Maintain files for correspondence
Qualifications
- ***Bachelor's degree is required***
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook Express, Photo, Video, and PDF File Editing
- Ability to prioritize projects and work on multiple tasks simultaneously, as needed, to support several individuals at the same time, with attention to details and accuracy
- 1+ years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
