We’re looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Staffing Sales Person with a proven track record in the Industrial, Clerical, Call Center, Janitorial or other high volume Staffing industry to grow and expand our business territory.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive Growth: Partner with hiring managers across industries to solidify and expand Strategic Systems' footprint.
- Craft Strategies: Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to exceed client expectations.
- Build Relationships: Establish long-lasting partnerships with key decision-makers.
- Lead Generation: Use your expertise to prospect, cold call, and network your way to success in assigned territories.
- Deliver Results: Meet and exceed activity-based goals and metrics that drive our success.
- Innovate and Inspire: Represent Strategic Systems at conferences, seminars, and tradeshows while developing relationships with consulting talent.
- Partner with Recruiting: Work with the recruiting staff hand in hand to deliver exceptional talent to customers.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience & Expertise: 2-3 years of account management experience in the Industrial Staffing industry with a proven history of exceeding quotas.
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and professional experience.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
- Comfort with high-volume cold calling and lead generation.
