Position: Customer Technology Solutions Specialist
Location: Onsite in Redmond, WA
Duration: 6-month Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $55 - $62 / hour
Schedule: M-F, 40 hours per week, onsite
Overview:
Join a dynamic team focused on customer engagement, technology storytelling, and digital transformation. As an Envisioning Specialist, you’ll deliver high-impact presentations to senior executives, showcasing the latest cutting-edge technology and inspiring customers to transform their business. This is an onsite position based in Redmond, WA, where you will be working directly with customers to present demos and drive impactful engagements at the Microsoft Executive Briefing Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person presentations and demos to customer executives, showcasing Microsoft’s technology and solutions.
- Inspire and instill confidence in customers by facilitating a wide range of solution area demos, including AI, digital transformation, modern work, and more.
- Collaborate with internal teams to learn new technologies and prepare for presentations.
- Package up materials such as scripts, training videos, and documentation for global teams.
- Share expertise to evangelize complex customer engagement programs.
- Manage the deployment of new technology experiences and provide feedback on existing and new demo experiences.
- Work closely with partners to understand customer challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) with 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, marketing, business development, or a similar field.
- Proven experience in public speaking, delivering presentations to senior executives, and leading demos to large audiences (20+ people).
- Expertise in Azure, IT, Cloud, and Software business trends, with a focus on digital transformation.
- Strong multitasking and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple engagements concurrently.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into relatable ideas for executive audiences.
- Previous experience in a technical or customer-facing field is a plus.
